According to the Leonard Insurance representative, the main liability exposure for CESSWI Registrants involves potential Errors and Omissions actions resulting from consulting and inspection activities. Unfortunately most standard General Liability policies exclude professional services claims. This coverage is only available through a Professional Liability policy.
