Article I. - Certified Inspector Status

Section 3. Application Review Committee

1. Application materials are forwarded to the Application Review Committee. The Application Review Committee (or their designee) will review applications and return to the CESSWI Administrative Office within thirty (30) days.

2. Approval for certification requires a majority affirmative vote of the Application Review Committee.

3. All decisions are vested in the Application Review Committee and are considered final after due provisions for an appeal have been satisfied.

4. Applicants who are denied qualification for the exam may appeal, providing they are able to furnish additional supportive data to the Application Review Committee.
