The order any of our products:

2. Print and fill-out the order form.
   Remember to include Shipping and Handling charges for each item ordered.

3. If paying by check, mail the form and your check to us (our address is on the form).

4. If paying by credit card, complete the credit card portion of the order form, and mail/fax the form to us.
